If you prefer to donate a grocery item to help offset the food costs, please drop off food items to the church kitchen fridge or counter by noon on Sunday, Dec. 8.
There will be a sign up sheet on the counter. 10 cans mushrooms 6 bunches of celery 10 cans tomato sauce (24 oz.) 5 bags of carrot 10 cooking onions 15 red, yellow or orange peppers 10 cans brown beans 5 bottles of ranch dip 10 cans mixed beans 5 boxes/bags of clementines 10 cans diced tomatoes (28 oz) 3 pounds of butter 10 green peppers If you would prefer to make a monetary donation to support this ministry initiative, please put your donation in an envelope. Label it with your name and “Fishes and Loaves”, and submit it to Deborah V. at the church office so that this contribution can be recorded for your St. George’s charitable tax receipt. If you are available to help with meal prep or packaging, please contact Nancy Simpson at 519 524 4180 or [email protected] Meal prep: Monday, Dec. 9 10:00 - 12:00 and Tuesday, Dec. 10, 12:00 - 3:00. Meal packaging and distribution: Tuesday, Dec. 10, 3:00- 5:00.
